실제 굴 껍질의 형태를 참고하여 직접 조각한 외피 조형을 기반으로 제작된 실리콘 몰드입니다.
이 형틀은 굴 껍질 형태의 맥주잔 샘플을 반복적으로 생산하기 위한 목적으로 제작되었습니다.
프로젝트 초기 단계에서는 굴 껍질의 질감과 곡면을 재현하기 위해 수작업 조각을 통해 원형을 제작하였으며, 이를 기반으로 실리콘 형틀을 제작하여 동일한 형상을 안정적으로 재현할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다.
최종 제품은 재활용된 굴 껍질을 기반으로 제작된 석재 소재를 사용하여 생산될 것을 상정하고 기획되었습니다.
제품은 약 150ml 용량을 기준으로 설계되었으며, 맥주잔 뿐 아니라 간단한 음식이나 해산물 등을 담아 사용할 수 있는 다목적 식기 형태로 기획·설계 및 제작되었습니다.

Silicone Mold for Oyster Shell–Shaped Beer Cup / Food Dish
This silicone mold was produced based on a hand-sculpted master model inspired by the natural form of an oyster shell.
The project involved sculpting the outer shell form manually to reproduce the organic texture and curvature of an oyster shell.
Using this master model, a silicone mold was produced to allow stable and repeatable casting of prototype cups.
The final product concept was planned to be manufactured using stone material derived from recycled oyster shells, aligning with sustainable material design.
The product was designed with a capacity of approximately 150 ml, allowing it to function not only as a beer cup but also as a small serving dish for seafood or other foods.

実際の牡蠣殻の形状を参考に、手作業で彫刻した原型モデルを基に製作されたシリコンモールドです。
本プロジェクトでは、牡蠣殻特有の有機的な質感や曲面を再現するために手作業による彫刻で原型を制作し、その原型をもとにシリコン型を製作することで、同一形状を安定して繰り返し成形できる構造としました。
最終製品は 再利用された牡蠣殻を原料とする石材素材を用いて製造されることを想定して企画されています。
容量は 約150ml を基準に設計されており、ビアカップとしてだけでなく、海産物などを盛り付ける 小型の食器としても使用できる多目的デザインとなっています。
