Gloss-Finished Silicone Corner Protection Cap for Mobile Computer Equipment
This silicone corner protection cap was developed to protect the edges of mobile computer equipment from impact during transportation and operation.
The design focuses on absorbing external shocks that may occur while the equipment is being moved, helping prevent structural damage to the device.
After the design phase, a mold system capable of producing the upper and lower components (including the caster section) was completed within approximately seven days, enabling rapid prototype production.
The product was manufactured using Shore A 70 silicone, and the exterior surface was finished with a gloss coating to enhance both durability and visual quality.
