Flexible Handle for a Back-Cleansing Sling Device [Domestic Startup]

This is a flexible handle forming both ends of a sling-type cleansing device designed for washing the back. It was produced with the assumption that the user would pull and control the device with both hands, and it was therefore designed to respond to repeated bending and tensile force.
The product was mechanically designed with actual mass-production and usage conditions in mind. In particular, when the cleansing section is made of soft silicone, the handle also needs a certain level of flexibility and material compatibility so that the overall user experience remains natural and balanced. For that reason, the handle was produced using TPU 95A, a flexible material.
The product was fabricated using the SLS printing method, with TPU 95A as the material and white as the color. SLS forms parts by sintering plastic powder directly without solvent, so the resulting surface can retain a slightly rough texture characteristic of the process. While this surface feel may be a matter of preference, it also means the original material properties can be reflected more directly, making the method suitable for soft components intended for real use.
