자동 모노레일을 주제로 제작된 1:15 스케일 목업입니다. 구체적인 사용 목적이 특정되지는 않았으나, 내부에 다양한 수납공간이 형성된 모노레일의 구조와 외형을 축소 구현한 작품입니다.
초기 설계 단계에서는 문의 개폐 방식이나 유지 구조가 충분히 고려되지 않았으나, 문스톤 디자인 3D에서는 이를 보완하여 모형으로서 성립 가능한 자동문 개폐 구조가 작동할 수 있도록 재설계를 진행했습니다. 이 과정에서 문 작동 시 긁힘이나 스크래치로 인해 도장면이 손상되지 않도록 구조를 조정했으며, 조명, 모노레일 바퀴, 주요 치수 공차 등 워킹에 필요한 핵심 요소 역시 함께 재설계했습니다.
채색 과정에서는 색측계를 활용해 시방서에 명시된 팬톤 컬러를 기준으로 정밀 조색을 수행하였으며, ΔE=ab 3.0 이하 수준으로 맞춘 색상값에 따라 채색을 진행했습니다. 또한 채색 전에는 조색 카드를 별도로 제공하여, 의뢰 측이 조색 결과를 직접 비교·선택할 수 있도록 했습니다.
※ 색측계를 통한 조색의 경우, 기업 실무상 일반적으로 ΔE=ab 3.0 이하의 색상을 사용합니다. 수치가 1.0에 가까울수록 목표 색상과의 차이를 구분하기 어려울 정도로 높은 일치도를 의미합니다.

This is a 1:15 scale mock-up based on the concept of an automated monorail. Although its exact application was not specifically defined, the work was developed as a scaled representation of a monorail structure incorporating multiple internal storage compartments.
At the initial design stage, the opening, closing, and retention method of the doors had not been fully resolved. Moonstone Design 3D therefore re-engineered the structure so that an automatic door mechanism feasible at model scale could be realized. During this process, the design was adjusted to prevent scratches and paint damage caused by repeated door operation, while key working elements such as the lighting, monorail wheels, and major dimensional tolerances were also redesigned.
During the coloring process, a colorimeter was used to carry out precise color matching based on the Pantone colors specified in the design brief, and the final painting was completed according to values adjusted to ΔE=ab 3.0 or below. In addition, color matching cards were provided in advance so that the client could directly compare and select the preferred color result before final painting.
※ In professional manufacturing practice, colors matched through a colorimeter are generally accepted when maintained within ΔE=ab 3.0 or below. A value closer to 1.0 indicates such a high degree of accuracy that the difference from the target color becomes difficult to distinguish visually.

初期設計段階では、扉の開閉方式や保持構造が十分に検討されていませんでしたが、ムーンストーンデザイン3Dではこの点を補完し、模型として成立する自動扉の開閉構造が機能するよう再設計を行いました。この過程で、扉の作動時に擦れや引っかき傷によって塗装面が損なわれないよう構造を調整し、照明、モノレールの車輪、主要寸法公差など、ワーキングに必要な重要部分についてもあわせて再設計しました。
塗装工程では、仕様書に明記されたPantoneカラーを基準に、測色計を用いて精密な調色を行い、ΔE=ab 3.0以下 に合わせた色値に基づいて塗装を実施しました。また、塗装前には 調色カード を別途提供し、依頼側が調色結果を直接比較・選択できるようにしました。
※ 測色計を用いた調色では、実務上一般的に ΔE=ab 3.0以下 の色が使用されます。数値が1.0に近いほど、目標色との差を視認で判別しにくい高い一致度を意味します。
